Do I need to take a DNA test for you to help me?

Yes. I can find your biological family using DNA results even if you have no information about who they are. Start with AncestryDNA. They have the largest database of users (by far) as well as superior research and tree building tools. My next choice is 23&me, followed by FTDNA and MyHeritage

What if the person I'm looking for hasn't tested?

No problem. I can identify close family even if a 2nd-3rd cousin has tested

How long will the search take?

There is now way of predicting this. It could be anywhere from 3 hours to 3 weeks to 3 years. It all depends on the data available at the time. New people test everyday- a case can wrap up with one single new match

Do you guarantee your services?

I guarantee that I will explore every avenue possible using the data available to me. You are paying for my time. I don't require a balance of payment until one grandparent has been identified. Rest assured that I want answers for you as much as you do.

How do I contact my new relatives? Will you help me?

Once they have been identified I will collaborate with you on what is the best way to reach out. There are many ways of reaching out. I believe that there are confidential and kind ways to ensure a positive experience for all parties

Will I get a Family Tree?

Yes! It will be built online and is downloadable as well. All documents and evidence that I uncover will be displayed there.
